File setup, turnaround & services
What file formats do you accept for printing?
Press-ready PDF with embedded fonts is ideal. We also accept Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator files, Canva designs (export as PDF), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus TIF, JPG, and EPS images. Mac and Windows are both fine.
Should my files be RGB or CMYK?
Full-color jobs should be CMYK — RGB colors can shift when converted for press. Black-and-white work should be greyscale or bitmap. Not sure? Send us the file and our prepress team will check it for free.
What is bleed and do I need it?
If your design has color or images running to the edge of the page, extend them at least 1/8" beyond the final trim size, and keep important text at least 1/8" inside the edge. This prevents white slivers when we cut your job.
How do I send you my files?
Email them to bc@paccopy.com with detailed instructions — size, quantity, paper, and deadline. Include any fonts and graphic files used, and a printed sample when possible.
Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes — we have a full digital graphics department in-house. Bring a sketch, an example, or just an idea, and we will design press-ready artwork for you.
How fast is your turnaround?
It depends on the job, but as a local shop with everything in-house we are typically much faster than online printers. Call (425) 252-5898 with your deadline — we will tell you straight whether we can hit it.
Do you deliver?
Yes — free delivery is available in the Everett area for account customers. Ask about delivery when you place your order.
Can you handle mailing my printed pieces?
Absolutely — bulk mailing is one of our specialties. We are CASS certified, which means we can correct and verify your mailing list against USPS data, qualify you for postage discounts, and deliver the finished mailing straight to the post office.
What are your hours and where are you located?
We are at 3502 Broadway, Everett, WA 98201 — open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Do you print small quantities?
Yes. Our high-speed digital equipment makes short runs affordable — from a handful of copies to a few hundred pieces. For larger volumes, our 4-color offset press takes over and the per-piece price drops.
