Our ftp site is located at ftp.paccopy.com
If you already have ftp client software installed on your computer,
give us a call to set up a username and password on our secure ftp site.

If you do not have ftp software installed on your computer,
you will need to do so in order to send files to us.
We recommend FTP Explorer for Windows users or Fetch for Mac users.
Instructions on obtaining and configuring them are below.

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. It is a means of transferring files over the internet. FTP Explorer and Fetch are client software programs which allow users to connect to the server.

To upload a file to our server, simply connect to ftp.paccopy.com using the client software (FTP Explorer or Fetch) and drag the file you wish to upload from your computer into the destination directory on our server shown in the window of the client software.

To obtain ftp client software, follow the instructions for your operating system listed below:

For Macintosh -— Fetch
Download the software.
Save the file to your desktop.
To install: Unstuff the file by double-clicking on it.
Run the installation program.
To use Fetch: Launch it as you would any other application program. Use ftp.paccopy.com as the host. Call our Prepress department (425) 252-5898 for username and password. To upload a file to us, drag the file from its location on your computer into the directory window in Fetch.

For Windows -— FTP Explorer
Download the software.
Save the file in a new folder on your desktop or in a temporary directory.
To install: Unzip the file and run setup.
To use FTP Explorer: Double-click on the FTP Explorer icon on the desktop or find FTP Explorer in the Start menu in the Programs directory.
Use ftp.paccopy.com as the host.
Call our Prepress department (425) 252-5898 for username and password.
To upload a file to us, drag the file from its location on your computer into the destination directory on our server.
